Conferences
1. Conference on 'Understanding the Social World' on 13 to 15 July 2011 at Huddersfield, United Kingdom. The deadline for abstracts/proposals is 18 March 2011.
2. 5th Global Conference on Fear, Horror and Terror on Tuesday 6th September 2011 – Thursday 8th
September 2011 at Mansfield College, Oxford, United Kingdom. 300 word abstracts should be submitted by Friday
25th March 2011. 
3. A National Conference on Public Health Implications of Domestic Violence entitled "Home is Where the Hurt Is" will be held on Feb 10th -11th in New Delhi at Nehru Memorial Museum and Library. The deadline for abstracts has passed; this is in case anyone wants to attend.

Conferences and Calls for Papers 
1. Knowledge Globalization Conference, from 14 to 16 July 2011 at Beijing, China (deadline for abstracts is May 1, 2011). 
2. INTERNATIONAL RENEWABLE ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT CONFERENCE 2011, from 24 to 26 June 2011 at 
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Paper submission is on Feb 28, 2011. 
3. International Conference on Sustainable Development 2011, at Putrajaya, Malaysia from 5-7 December 2011. Deadline not stated but papers requested "as soon as possible". 
4. Conference on to be organized in New Delhi from April 22-23, 2011 by JNU and US-India Educational Foundation. 
5. The deadline for early registration at HPAIR this year, is Jan 14th
6. The Seventh Annual Conference of the Asian Law and Economics Association will be held from July 8-9, 2011 at the University of HongKong. The deadline for abstracts is April 15, 2011.
