13 th International Conference on  Defense of the Family: Family, Children and Culture  will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on  June 16 - 20, 2011. Registration closes on May 30, 2011.

4. Bengaluru Pride and Karnataka Queer Habba 2010 has a series of fantastic events, including a poetry slam, a diversity fair and story narrations for the next week or so.

Just Femme, an e-zine for women, in collaboration with Bangalore Film Society and National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA) announces the inaugural edition of the event 'pEtE maatu'. The three-day festival will comprise a film festival of short films and documentaries, photo exhibition, panel discussion and blogathon on the theme Women and the City. It will be held from Dec 17-19 at the NGMA Bangalore.
